I was invited along to the Christchurch Harbour Hotel and Spa to celebrate their summer launch where I was showered with canapes, champagne and great company. The summer launch was to officially showcase the Upper Deck’s new menu along with their refurbishment.
To make better use of the beautiful views the hotel has over the Christchurch harbour, they have reinvented their alfresco dining terrace and created a fresh, exciting new menu by their award-winning Chef Patron Alex Aitken.
It was a wonderful launch, with amazing company from the lovely ladies at Bournemouth Bloggers, and we all enjoyed the cocktails and paella stylishly served in oyster shells.
The views from the terrace and gardens are exquisite and stunning, and the weather was perfect to get in the swing of Summer alfresco dining!
