A sparkly collection of blusher, bronzer and highlights!
So I got this recently as I wanted an all in one palette to take on my travels to save me carrying a load of compacts/kits in my makeup bag. The colours weren’t anything special, which is sad from a brand as innovative as Urban Decay. I feel they played it safe with the release of this palette – but by doing so it creates an everyday staple.
In this palette you get six shades; A matte rose pink – Kiss Off, a sparkly peach pink – Score, a matte universal tan brown – Paranoid, a glittery rose-gold/brown –PSA, a peach gold highlight – Spotlight, and finally a champagne highlight – Sin.
Although the colours are run of the mill standard blushes, bronzers and highlights – I have to commend them on their formula. They’re easy to use, blend and apply – no fallout and easy to build up colour to create the look that you want. I wouldn’t say they’re a buttery powder, they’re as Urban Decay say – ultra-lightweight due to their afterglow formula.
A little goes a long way so I’m very glad from a value for money side of things. They’re also very long lasting. Urban Decay say they should last up to 8 hours. I’ve worn them for 6 hours without a primer or setting spray and not seen them wear off!
Bottom Line: If you want to have a blush, highlight and contour palette in one and love Urban Decay formula – this is for you, but the shades aren’t revolutionary!
