A cute, creamy, blend-able travel palette.
I must firstly point out that I received this palette as a free, complimentary item to review for my blog, to provide a honest review of the item for my readers.
This is an adorable, creamy small sized eye palette that boasts five shades which compliment each other to create a pale pink, summery look. One thing I like about this is the packaging and the fact it comes with a plastic overlay which tells you how each shade should be used to achieve the ideal look;
This palette is compiled of matte and shimmer shades, which are all made from their clay eyeshadow base. The eyeshadow base reminds me of the clay base from the Tarte palettes, and they have a wonderful staying power because of it. They’re not that pigmented but they are easy to blend out and create beautiful looks.
In this range, they have three other colour combinations, and for £7.50 each, they’re handy for on the go application due to the generously sized mirror built in!
Bottom Line: Lovely, complimentary shades to create muted everyday looks. Not an intense pay off on application. The stereotypical nude shades make it a good everyday palette – but not the palette for those into more adventurous looks.
Price: £7.50 at e.l.f. Cosmetics.
