Loving Life Lillie – Slow Pillow Flow Yoga at Healing Haven – PR {Gifted}

I’m so excited to share my experience with my latest yoga class at Healing Haven with Loving Life Lillie’s Slow Pillow Flow Yoga.

This type of yoga is perfect for those who want to focus on their wellbeing and find a bit of peace to end their week with.

The class begins with a short relaxation session to help you clear your mind and focus on your breath.

Once you’re feeling calm and centred, the class moves into a slow flow yoga sequence. The entire class is done with the support of a soft pillow, which makes it perfect for those who are new to yoga or looking for a gentler practice. I have never experienced yoga with a support bolster – it made it so much easier for me.

This was my first time trying out this type of yoga and I absolutely loved it. The class was very relaxing and the instructor, Loving Life Lillie, was very gentle and supportive.

I felt like I was able to release all of the tension in my body and just focus on my breath with every single pose.

At the end, whilst we were winding down, Lillie came round and gave us all a temple massage using some essential oils to really enhance our relaxation. After the class, I felt so refreshed and rejuvenated – the perfect feeling after a busy week at work.

Throughout the class, you’ll be encouraged by Lillie to choose love for your mind, body, and soul.

This message of self-love is woven into each pose and relaxation, leaving you feeling refreshed and uplifted.
