I was invited along with the Bournemouth Bloggers to experience the new smash-burger extravaganza, Burgshake that has hit Bournemouth!.

From their freshly made smashed burgers, to juicy fried chicken there’s plenty to choose from to cure your cravings!

Bringing the American Diner’s classic of smashed burgers to the UK with their own twist!

Fancy a dessert? They also have you covered with decadent milkshakes and deliciously rich waffles.

I decided to try their Cheese Bürg which was unbelievably delicious. With it’s soft brioche bun, well seasoned smashed patties, caramelised onions and gooey cheese – served hot and melty – it really did sort out my burger craving!

The burger patties were seasoned beautifully with lashings of flavour in every bite which when paired with the melted cheese was heavenly.

The onions were caramelised to perfection, adding a hint of sweetness which really complimented the brioche bun.

For my sides, predictably I went for Mac n Cheese bites, which were perfectly cheesy, and herb seasoned Curly fries. As far as standard sides went, these did not disappoint – adding an extra crunch and carb load to my meal!

As I was feeling a bit naughty I double downed on their sweet treats for my dessert. Indulging in their Devil Wears Prada shake and a Kinder Rich loaded waffle.

The Devil Wears Prada is one of their classic shakes. Made with fresh banana, a drizzle of chocolate hazelnut sauce, topped with whipped cream with a Cadbury’s flake sprinkled on top.

Unlike other shakes, the amount of banana was perfect, you could tell it was fresh and not artificial banana flavouring – which really complimented the choccie sauce.

I decided to not over do it and opted in for a ‘half’ Kinder Rich waffle which was topped with milk chocolate sauce and Kinder Bueno and Ferrero Rocher’s.

But do not despair if you’re not in the mood for a smashed beef patty!

With their classic ‘Classy Bird’ buttermilk chicken burger, famous spicy ‘Burg-Her’ dipped chicken burger, and good old chicken tenders – you will definitely find something to stop your cravings in their tracks!
