Discover Manucurist’s blend of 6 oils with multiple active ingredients and a 99% bio-sourced formula to promote nail growth!
Recently, I was sent the cuticle oil Huile Verte, ‘Green Oil’ from Manucurist, a brand that prides itself on offering vegan and plant derived products, as part of my affiliation with them!
As someone who loves to keep their nails looking healthy and beautiful, I am always on the lookout for new and innovative products. Intrigued by the name and the promises of green ingredients, I just had to try it out. So, after using it for a few weeks, I am here to share my review of this product.

As a plant-based cuticle oil, Huile Verte is the perfect solution for those who prefer vegan and environmentally-friendly products.
It is derived from natural, green ingredients, making it the ideal choice for those who are conscious about what goes into their beauty products.
This cuticle oil is blend of 6 oils (sweet almond, passion fruit, Moluccan walnut, walnut, coconut and baobab) with multiple active ingredients and a 99% bio-sourced formula to promote nail growth.
These oils work together to provide deep hydration and help repair any dryness or damage on the cuticles.
First and foremost, let me tell you about the packaging. The Huile Verte comes in a sleek and elegant glass bottle that caught my attention right away. It is carefully packaged in a cardboard outer making both the packaging and bottle easily recyclable. The overall design of the bottle is minimalistic yet eye-catching.
The applicator is a dropper, which I find to be quite convenient and hygienic. It easy to use and prevents any spillage, ensuring that you get the right amount of product every time. This was easier to use than other cuticle oils I have reviewed which utilised a brush applicator.
Now, let’s talk about the cuticle oil itself. The Huile Verte is a plant-derived cuticle oil that is enriched with natural ingredients like sweet almond oil, walnut oil, and coconut oil. These oils are known for their nourishing and moisturizing properties, making this product perfect for dry and damaged cuticles.
One thing that pleasantly surprised me about this cuticle oil is that it is non-greasy. Usually, cuticle oils tend to leave a greasy residue on the nails, but that’s not the case with Huile Verte. It absorbs quickly into the skin, leaving a subtle shine on the nails.
I’ve used numerous different oils to nourish my nails from standard kitchen olive oil, as recommended by my nail technician, to my Farsali Rose Gold Elixir. I often found these left my hands feeling very oily – meaning I had an urge to wash them which basically makes the whole oil rubbing redundant!
The scent of the oil is also worth mentioning. It has a subtle, refreshing aroma that is not overpowering or artificial like some scented cuticle oils. The blend of oils used in Huile Verte gives off a delicate, natural scent that is pleasing to the senses.
Now, let’s get to the real question – does it actually work? Yes, it does! After just a few days of using Huile Vert, I noticed a significant difference in the condition of my cuticles. I have since been using this cuticle oil for a few weeks now, and I have noticed a significant improvement in the health of my cuticles. They feel softer, and my nails look more healthy along with a reduction in dry, chapped skin around my nails – with a lot less painful quicks forming!
